These terms explain the basic boundaries for using Vera Buy's website, member accounts and lot enquiry services. They are a first-version website notice and do not replace formal transaction contracts, appraisal reports or legal advice.

1. Service scope
Vera Buy provides lot presentation, member price access, material enquiries, appointment discussion and consignment enquiry entry points.
The website is not a full online transaction platform. It does not directly provide online bidding, checkout, payment, deposits, logistics, insurance, customs clearance or after-sales fulfilment.
2. Accounts and member prices
Registered accounts support enquiries, saved lots and account settings. Advanced access is approved manually by an administrator.
Estimates, member prices and channel prices shown on the website are reference information for discussion only. They are not final sale prices or binding transaction commitments.
Accounts must not be lent, shared or used to bypass website access controls. Accounts may be suspended or disabled if abnormal use is detected.
3. Lot materials and manual confirmation
Lot images, provenance, condition, documents, accessories, location and enquiry materials are presented based on available information.
Before any formal transaction, high-value lots still require manual confirmation of provenance, condition, documents, viewing, payment, logistics, insurance and cross-border arrangements.
Website content is not an appraisal conclusion, legal opinion, tax advice or final transaction document.
4. User-submitted materials
If you submit enquiries, consignment materials, images or contact details, you should ensure the information is accurate, lawful and that you have the right to provide it.
The member enquiry function must not be used for harassment or unlawful activity. Do not submit identity documents, bank cards, passwords, private keys, payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The website may limit enquiry frequency to prevent abuse and duplicate sending, and may suspend sending access for abnormal account activity.
We may use submitted materials for organisation, follow-up communication or admin review, but we do not promise listing, promotion or sale completion.
5. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the business and website features change. Relevant terms should be reviewed again before major new features go live.
